She has energised, united, and galvanised a wide range of audiences to act in service of inclusive urban futures worldwide, from housing ministers and policymakers at the United Nations and European Parliament to US Senators in Washington, including private and institutional investors and real estate developers, mayors and city leaders, investment and development banks, university students, young leaders architects, and NGOs and more. CONFERENCES AND ORGANISATIONS ORNA SPOKE AT
Dr Orna Rosenfeld has presented at the UN Headquarters in Geneva since 2013. She has shared stages with the Chief of the UN Geneva Headquarter, as well as Ministers and policy makers from 56 countries in the Global North.
Dr Rosenfeld has given an expert input to the Housing for All initiative session at the European Parliament in December 2019. The title of her presentation was: Housing matters, it shapes our common European future.
Dr Rosenfeld has addressed the members of the US senate as a part of her Philanthropic efforts between 1999 and 2001. She as been instrumental in raising funds for education, emergency rescue and housing of migrants affected by conflict.
Orna Rosenfeld has first presented at the World Bank as early as 1999 at the Symposium on the Preservation of Historic Cities and Sacred Places. Her presentation on the needs for the preservation of the historical sites and sacred places in the Western Balkans was a part of the World Bank efforts for Culture in Sustainable Development. In 2015 she returned to advise the World Bank Group on the issues of Informal settlements in the Countries with economies in transition.
in 2018, Dr Rosenfeld was invited to presented her analysis of the European data limitations in the housing sector and the needs for their imrovement.
Since 2016 Dr Orna Rosenfeld has presented at numeros European Commission and the EU Commission organised events including the Cities Forum, European Week of Cities and Regions, Urban Innovative Actions and in the framework of the EU Urban Agenda Partnership for Housing.
Dr Orna Rosenfeld has been a frequent speaker and contributor to the events and conferences organised by European Economic and Social Committee that focus on housing and inclusiong specifically.
In 2010, Orna Rosenfeld presented her research on managing migration in urban context along with Emeritus Professor Judith Allen.
Dr Orna Rosenfeld was invited to the Sorbonne conference Tackling Urban Fragmentation, Alternative Approaches to Urban Regeneration in 2011 to present her doctoral research conducted in the United Kingdom.
In 2014 Dr Rosenfeld was awarded a title World Cities Summit Young Leader, since then she has presented both at the Young Leaders Summits in Singapore and New York and moderated sessions at the World Cities Summit gatherings.
Dr Orna Rosenfeld was invited to present her research on housing migrants at the European Alpbach Forum interdisciplinary platform for science, politics, business and culture in 2016.
Based on the popular public vote Dr Rosenfeld has been invited by the Ubran Future Global Conference as a speaker in 2020 to address the issues related to affordable housing.
Founded by HRH The Prince of Wales, INTBAU is a global network dedicated to creating better places to live through traditional building, architecture, and urbanism. Dr Orna Rosenfeld was invited to present the trends and challenges in social and affordable housing in the Global North at the INTBAU World Congress 2016.
Dr Orna Rosenfeld was invited to present the findings of her study into the housing systems in Europe, North America and Central Asia in order to help ELTI members make the case for increasing European investment into affordable and social housing.
Dr Orna Rosenfeld was been the housing adviser to the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) since 2016. She has been invited to present her scientific work on affordable housing and housing governance in Europe to the CEB staff in order to support their decisions on investment in this sector.

Winner of the AESOP - award for the best doctoral contribution to the congress, Dr Orna Rosenfeld has presented at the AESOP - Association of the European Schools of Planning conferences across Europe since 2009.
Dr Orna Rosenfeld served as a speaker and a fundraiser for the Jewish Federations of North America 2000 and 2001 campaign. She increased the donations for global needs for 30% at events spoken.
